Perfectly keyless

The perfectly keyless system and a digital key on a smartphone replace the conventional car key. Accurate wireless location and secure management of the keys enhance the user experience and enable new functions.

Many keyless access systems still require a physical car key with a chip, which the driver has to carry with them. With perfectly keyless, all you need is the smartphone in your pocket. The vehicle access system unlocks the car automatically when the driver and smartphone approach, without any interaction required with the smartphone display. Passive vehicle access and vehicle startup are both controlled via a digital key on a smartphone. Perfectly keyless also offers the driver more convenience and flexibility. Vehicle owners can grant other users access to their car via Apple or Google Wallet. This access authorization can be restricted by time or location. In addition to devices inside the car, our solution also comprises the cloud components for implementing a CCC-compliant digital key solution (Car Connectivity Consortium).

Our vehicle integration platform plays a crucial role in paving the way for software-defined vehicles. It acts as a vehicle server that provides access to all vehicle data (onboard and offboard) and as an integration platform for functions encompassing all areas of the vehicle. We deliberately separate the software components from the hardware during development. This makes it easier to update vehicle functions, introduce new functionality, and reduce both the complexity and overall costs – throughout the entire vehicle life cycle.

Zonal control unit / body control module

Body computers and zonal control units connect vehicle computers, smart control units, mechatronics, sensors, and actuators.

In zonal E/E architectures, the now frequently distributed application software runs on a just a few powerful vehicle computers. These vehicle computers use zonal control units to connect to the other embedded control units, sensors, and actuators. The reduced number of control units increases resource efficiency and minimizes system complexity. The use of zonal control units also results in simpler wiring harnesses and thereby lowers the overall costs of the vehicle.

Powernet guardian

Smart and safe power supply for the mobility of today and tomorrow.

The powernet guardian is a holistic concept for the vehicle electrical system. It secures the power supply of safety-relevant functions in the vehicle. In the event of a fault, an electronic isolating switch disconnects the safety-relevant electrical system from other consumers. This protects them against undervoltage or overvoltage and prevents a loss of or reduction in functionality. Due to the digitalization of the power supply, the powernet guardian enables smart power distribution functions for field monitoring and maintenance.

Actuators and sensors

We engineer front wiper systems that work reliably even at high speeds. We combine lightweight mechatronic reversing systems based on EC drive technology with jet or design wiper arms to suit your individual windscreen geometry.

In the case of active aero spoiler and flap adjustment, we assist you with the selection of suitable electronic actuators and can engineer a complete mechatronic solution at your request.

We use aerodynamic simulations and test our developments in a wind tunnel to ensure optimum solutions for front wipers along with aerodynamic actuation processes in volume-production applications.

To calculate the position and motion of a vehicle with extreme accuracy, we offer high-performance sensor solutions based on 6D technology, including in combination with GNSS. This enables precise and reliable trajectory signals.

You benefit from our long-standing experience of front wiper systems, specifically for vehicles with high speed requirements and limited installation space. We use advanced and reliable inertial sensor technology from Bosch in our sensor solutions for accurate position and motion detection.
