Chairman of the Board of Management
Dr. Johannes-Joerg Rueger has been chief executive officer of Bosch Engineering GmbH, since February 1, 2019. His responsibilities include worldwide sales, corporate strategy and communications.
Member of the Board of Management
Dr. Frank Schmidt has been a member of the Board of Management of Bosch Engineering GmbH, since 2016. As chief technology officer, he is responsible for the entire development and actively promotes topics such as digital services, electrification and automation.
Volker Buschka has been a member of the Board of Management of Bosch Engineering GmbH, since 2021. In his function as Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for worldwide controlling, finance, IT, data protection and human resources.
